PMI Brandywine is led by John Zampino, who brings more than 25 years of professional experience built on trust, accountability, and careful stewardship, including a long career with Vanguard. Throughout his career, John has worked in environments where integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, and responsibility were not optional, they were part of the work every day. His background includes handling sensitive information, supporting disciplined operations, and being trusted with important financial, personal, and business records. That experience shapes the way PMI Brandywine approaches property management: with professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to doing the work the right way.
John holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Technology, Architectural Engineering, giving him a practical appreciation for buildings, property condition, long-term value, and responsible ownership. Outside of business, John enjoys reading, spending time with family, and taking vacations at the beach. He founded PMI Brandywine with a simple goal: to serve property owners with honesty, traditional values, clear communication, and dependable management that protects both the property and the owner’s peace of mind.
Jen supports PMI Brandywine with a steady, organized, and service-minded approach to administrative operations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Widener University. Jen understands responsibility, patience, and the importance of creating a well-run home, values that fit naturally with PMI Brandywine’s commitment to dependable property management.

Our office is locally owned and independently operated by Christopher and Melissa Simmons. Chris and Melissa have been investors ourselves since we purchased and renovated our first single family rental property in 2008.
